All orders for which inventory is in stock ship the next business day. Click the "My Account" link found on the top website menu (toward the upper righthand side, next to "Help") to check your order(s) status. |
| How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? |

Please click the "My Account" link found on the top website menu (toward the upper righthand side, next to "Help") and click on "change quantities / cancel orders"
Please note that once an order has been processed, it can no longer be changed. |
| How do I track my order? |

If your order was shipped USPS priority or express mail (these shipping types apply to orders that exceed 13 ounces), please click the "My Account" link found on the top website menu (toward the upper righthand side, next to "Help") to track your order.
For orders shipped via first class mail (applies to orders that are less than 13 ounces), shipping is not tracked. Please remember that first class shipping can take up to 5 business days or longer in some cases. |

If your order shows a status of "delivered", please verify that someone else in your household did not receive your package.
For orders shipped via first class mail (applies to orders weighing 13 ounces or less), please remember it can take up to 5 business days or longer to receive your order.

| When will my backorder arrive? |

Items may be on backorder for various reasons and consequently it can be difficult to predict when they will ship. We will make every effort to obtain your items as expediently as possible and ship them to you.
